At Peppermayo, we want you to love your fit, so we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like a store credit to shop for something new or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Print your generated shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
